Shipping and Returns
All Delivery parcels are sent via courier and are expected to arrive within 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 12 pm, will usually be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day. Our courier service is only applicable Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Alternatively, orders can be collected in store.

We want you to love your Rocco purchases, so if anything you purchase online is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to provide a refund, credit note or exchange for most products that you purchase from us, within 14 days of receiving your order. You must tell us no later than 7 days after the date you receive your items and you must return your items back to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.
Once we receive and process your item we will contact you about how you would like to be credited.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any items stating your Name, Order Number and Reason for Return to be approved.
Terms and Conditions of the Return Policy
- All items purchased in the sale department are ineligible for a refund and will be refunded via credit note or may be exchanged only (this includes the use of discount codes at checkout).
- Rocco does not cover your shipping costs back to us.
- Items returned must be unworn, unwashed and in salable condition.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors, show no signs of wear and returned in the original packaging (shoebox) and covered in a mailing bag back to us (i.e no sellotape/writing on the shoe box).
- Items must have all original tags fully attached to the garment and relevant receipts/proof of purchase included within the returned package.
- Please obtain a copy of proof of tracked postage just in case your order is lost on the way back to Rocco. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- Rocco does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- If the product received by you is damaged or faulty you should let us know immediately and we will ensure you receive all your rights under the law.
